Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate. I work with adults and couples who are navigating in-between times and places, relationship struggles, grief and loss, and challenges that prevent them from fully showing up in their lives.

I work from a holistic, trauma-informed, justice-oriented framework, drawing from existential, narrative, IFS, somatic, and humanistic approaches. My work is collaborative, integrative, and LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming.

I offer in-person sessions on Wednesdays & Thursdays, and virtual appointments throughout the week. If we haven’t worked together before, consider signing up for a free consult as a starting point.
